About the Role

The Front Office Practice Lead will lead the Front Office Practice team, and will lead and work on various client assignments. The requirements vary by assignment but can include such activities as current and future state documentation, process and architecture mapping, business requirements gathering, RFP preparation and analysis, vendor interaction, workshop facilitation, management reporting (both verbal and written), project management and tracking.

About You

Your knowledge of Front Office systems and associated operational processes, coupled with your highly developed consulting skills will allow you to add immediate value to our team and our clients. You have worked with front office investment teams and technology teams on system selection, implementation and transformation projects and have gained experience with one or more investment, portfolio or execution management solutions and market data solutions and providers.

Ideally you will have

  • 5+ years’ experience in Asset Management with subject matter expertise in Front Office processes and systems
  • Experience with RFP’s and selection of Investment Management platforms or Investment Data.
  • Experience consulting with investment management or super fund clients is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to develop relationships with and influence senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Structured thinking, problem solving and innovation skills
  • Tertiary qualifications, preferably in IT, Engineering, or Science
